CGFNS Reserves the Right to Close Any Exam Center If the Situation Warrants

Although CGFNS desires and intends to remain open in all test sites established around the world for a given administration of the CGFNS Qualifying Exam, CGFNS, in its sole judgment, without limitation, reserves the right to close any exam center for a specific exam date, or indefinitely. Typical reasons for closing an exam site would include: too few applicants requesting a center, threat of a disease outbreak, or when emerging unstable political conditions pose a threat to applicants and/or center management staff. Exam sites may be closed on short notice as the situation dictates.

CGFNS will not be responsible for any expense, loss or damage resulting from an applicant attending a test venue, and each applicant's rostering will constitute a release of CGFNS from any liability therefor, including without limitation, any personal injury or death.

Applicants Who Do Not Attend Their Scheduled Exam Dates
Applicants may cancel their requests to participate in the CGFNS Qualifying Exam, and receive a refund if the cancellation is received 10 weeks prior to the scheduled exam date. Cancellations must be received no less than 10 weeks prior to the scheduled exam date are not eligible for refunds or cancellation. In addition, applicants who do not attend their scheduled exam dates are not eligible for a refund.

Obtaining a CGFNS Certificate

All applicants are reminded that in order to obtain a CGFNS Certificate, they must pass both the CGFNS Qualifying Exam and one of the English language proficiency examinations within two years of each other.
