There are a lot of advantages for hiring and sponsoring foreign professionals, foremost of which is that the hired applicant will work exclusively your company for the duration of the validity period of the working visa and mandated by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). The initial  period can be anywhere from a minimum of one year to a maximum of three (3)  years, thereafter, the employment can be renewed for a maximum of three  (3) years.
